AcademiesPrep is an educational preparation program operated by EduAvenues LLC ("EduAvenues," "we," "us," or "our"), a Virginia limited liability company. AcademiesPrep provides admissions preparation services for students seeking admission to the Academies of Loudoun ("ACL"), including but not limited to self-paced online courses, small group coaching sessions, study guides, practice assessments, and related educational materials.
No affiliation disclaimer: AcademiesPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Academies of Loudoun, Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), or any government entity. All program names and trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.
No guarantee of admission: While our programs are designed to help students prepare for the ACL admissions process, enrollment in any AcademiesPrep program does not guarantee admission to the Academies of Loudoun. Admissions decisions are made solely by LCPS and the ACL admissions committee.
AcademiesPrep programs are open to students and their families. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are the parent or legal guardian of the enrolling student.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our registration page. All prices are subject to change; however, price changes will not affect enrollments that have already been confirmed.
Upon confirmed payment, you will receive access to the program materials and/or live sessions as described on the program page at the time of enrollment. Self-paced course access is provided for the duration of the current admissions cycle. Small group coaching access includes live sessions as scheduled and recorded session archives.
Enrollees in the self-paced course may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to aclprep@eduavenues.com.
Enrollees in the small group coaching program may request a full refund up to 7 days before the first scheduled live session. After the first live session has occurred, refunds will be prorated based on the number of remaining sessions, minus a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after 50% of scheduled sessions have occurred.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. EduAvenues reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
All content provided through AcademiesPrep programs — including study guides, practice assessments, videos, session recordings, slides, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of EduAvenues LLC. This content is protected by copyright law.
Enrollees are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use program materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of program access without refund and may subject the violator to legal action.
AcademiesPrep programs are provided "as is" and "as available." EduAvenues LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of program content, or the likelihood of any particular admissions outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduAvenues LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of AcademiesPrep programs, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve a desired admissions outcome.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to AcademiesPrep programs shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
When you enroll in an AcademiesPrep program or contact us, we may collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, student grade level, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and course progress.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, communicate with you about your enrollment and program updates, and for internal analytics. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our programs (such as payment processors, email services, and hosting providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at aclprep@eduavenues.com. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.

EduAvenues LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of AcademiesPrep programs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
